Attention Members: Please check your Amtrak emails or create an account to receive emails as many important Amtrak policies are changing  IE: Pass Privilege, Drug Testing, etc.

Keep Up to Date with Your Own Amtrak Outlook Email Account

All Amtrak employees now have the option to open an Amtrak Outlook Email account so they can stay up to date on company news and information. Content is delivered directly to you, including Special Employee Advisories, Employee Updates and breaking news. You can access your Amtrak email anytime, anywhere and on any device. All you have to do to get your account is ask for it.

You Have Two Options for Requesting Amtrak Email

  • Option 1: Send an email from your personal email account (e.g., aol.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc.) to AmtrakServiceDesk@amtrak.com. Simply include the phrase “Frontline Worker Email Request” on the message’s subject line and include your full name and employee number (SAP ID) in the body of the message.
  • Option 2: Call the Amtrak Service Desk at 1-800-772-4357 and tell the agent that you are requesting a frontline worker email account.

It usually takes approximately 48 hours for your request for a new email address to be completed.

 

Your Email Also Lets You Access the New Company Intranet – All Aboard

All Aboard (https://allaboard.amtrak.com) will replace the legacy Amtrak Wiki intranet (http://intranet.corp.nrpc/) by late April 2020. You can gain access to All Aboard by requesting it through the Amtrak Service Desk at 1-800-772-4357. You then use your Amtrak Outlook Email and password to sign in to All Aboard, where you can access company news, information and resources at any time, from any device and from anywhere. Navigation is easier and there’s a useful search function to quickly find the content you’re looking for.
